As of April 13, 2022, Turkey’s citizenship law officially changed from $250,000 to $400,000.
What are the new rules for buying property in Turkey?
As of October 16, 2023, the new requirement for the valuation of real estate in all cities in Turkey is a market value of USD 200,000. This applies to applications for residence permits (IKAMET) based on investment. Meanwhile, a market value of USD 400,000 is required to be granted citizenship through real estate investment.
